Based out of the Trinity Technology and Enterprise center in Dublin the company has gone from strength to strength blending a unique combination of leading edge tech with enhanced gamification learning techniques. The SureWash Story

SureWash was founded on a simple set of principles. There are an estimated quarter of a million deaths worldwide per annum as a result of hospital acquired infections. The WHO and CDC believe that 50% of these deaths are as a result of poor hand hygiene practices. What may appear to be a relatively simple skill is alarmingly lacking in compliance.

SureWash uses its patented gesture recognition applications to teach staff, patients and visitors the proper competence in hand hygiene to globally approved standards.

Importantly this is achieved in an engaging manner where feedback is delivered in realtime and made fun by taking training opportunities out of the classroom and into the day to day work environment ensuring key moments are not missed. By gameifying the learning technique SureWash develops psychomotor skills and have delivered increases in hand hygiene compliance rates by as much as 50% when incorporated into a multimodal approach. Ultimately this not only saves organisations time, money and productivity but has a very real impact in improving patient outcomes. SureWash was founded on a simple set of principles.
