Learning theory
The learning system is organized in accordance with the experiential learning – a “learn-by-doing” methodology. Therefore, learning is divided into multiple levels of increasing complexity. The training levels promote the opportunity for multiple short learning sessions. SureWash also provides feedback to help users develop muscle memory in hand hygiene.
Staff Login
The SureWash APP supports multi-user login. Staff can login with a code provided by their organization or via a barcode. Each individuals learning progress is therefore tracked via SureWash.Net, or an E-learning platform. As a result, this ensures that all all staff have undertaken training and have passed their assessment.
Real-time reporting
The SureWash APP connects to either SureWash.NET or an existing Learning Management System. Data such as the total assessments completed, total number of passes and app usage over time is available on-demand .Furthermore, you can also see the total passes per difficulty level, enabling managers or directors to track and asses which levels staff are finding difficult to pass.
