Staff and visitors can log in to complete their training, and a quiz and lesson function is also available for extensive learning on hand hygiene.

Gamified learning to make training fun, interactive and engaging
Most importantly, SureWash training is fun for the user which will fundamentally encourage engagement and enthusiasm. Repetition of technique is critical to learning and to build muscle memory. Therefore, gamification is used, dividing hand hygiene training into a series of levels, each with a challenge. At first, there are lots of prompts and plenty of time to complete each of the six poses. As the learner moves through the levels, the prompts are reduced and the time gets shorter. In the final step, the learner must repeat the technique from memory and Surewash will assess proficiency. However, throughout the learning process, SureWash provides feedback to help the user improve. Subsequently, with continuous training over time, the technique will become automatic. This also ensures that all surfaces of the hands are clean every time hand hygiene is practiced.
Assessment & Reporting
Once your SureWash unit is connected to wifi, all training data can be accessed through the SureWash Reporting Suite. Hand hygiene assessments can be viewed to track and assess the standard of hygiene within your organisation. Subsequently, the reports provide administrators with high level analytics and key statistics for both internal and external use. Data can also be viewed at an individual level to identify which users have passed level 5. In addition, you can award your hand hygiene experts with SureWash certificates for visitors and customers to see.
